ISLA Americas is delighted to announce that its 3rd Annual Securities Finance & Collateral Management Conference is set to take place at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Key Biscayne, Florida, between October 12-15, 2026.
This year’s agenda will be guided by our conference co-chairs, Lauren Northrop (Bank of America) and Shane Parks (BNY), ensuring the program is built around the issues that are actively reshaping the market
Moving beyond the high-level our agenda is designed to go deep on the structural changes redefining securities finance, across technology, regulation, and market structure, as well as the day-to-day realities of funding, liquidity, collateral, and derivatives. As this continues to unfold under sustained geopolitical and macroeconomic pressures, firms are forced to rethink how they operate and compete.
Digital innovation (from AI to tokenization) will be addressed through real use cases, implementation challenges, and best practices. Regulatory change, including Rule 15c3-3 and U.S. Treasury clearing, will be examined from the perspective of direct impact on balance sheets, funding models, transparency, and market behavior.
Sessions are structured to move beyond surface-level discussion – expect fewer generalizations and more detail, including how firms are managing systemic risk, improving collateral mobility, meeting rising compliance demands, and building operational models that can withstand continuous change.
