After 22 years in the securities finance industry, SunGard’s Jane Milner is retiring, it can be exclusively revealed.
Milner has been responsible for securities finance and enterprise collateral management strategy within SunGard’s capital markets business for the past six years.
John Grimaldi, president of the newly combined securities finance and securities processing group, will now handle Milner’s responsibilities.
Milner has worked in the industry since 1992, when she worked closely with the founders of Global One. Over the years she has been involved in most aspects of building a successful business from the ground up.
When asked about the biggest changes she has seen during this period, Milner commented: “The landscape looks very different now than it did 20 or so years ago.”
