Hong Kong Exchange updates short selling list

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updating its list of securities eligible for short selling on 20 May.

Twenty-three new securities will be added to the list while 43 will be removed.

The revised total of eligible securities will be 857.

Soon to be available securities include Orient Victory China Holdings, Dong Jiang Environmental and Bank of Zhengzhou.

Those to be removed include New Focus Auto, TPV Technology and Sunshine Oilsands
