Goldman Sachs has continued its equity finance recruitment drive with the appointment of Poya Bozorgi.
Prior to joining Goldman in March, Bozorgi was head of equity finance at Macquarie Group for just under four years.
Bozorgi will continue to be based in London.
Last month saw a number of key hires for Goldman Sachs, as it also named Kevin Kelly as global head of securities lending, following the departure of William Conley, along with the creation of a global funding and inventory management team.
Puneet Malhi and Cyril Goddeeris will become co-heads the new team, which will work across equities to enhance the collaboration between global synthetics and prime services within the bank.
