The International Securities Lending Association Americas has welcomed Vanguard as a new member.
Currently celebrating 50 years since its founding in 1975, Vanguard is a US-registered investment adviser.
In addition to mutual funds and ETFs, the company also offers brokerage services and asset management.
Incorporated in May 2024, ISLA Americas is a non-profit industry association, representing the common interests of securities lending agents, beneficial owners, institutional investors, and other market practitioners in the Americas region.
