Reg-X, a firm providing automated solutions for trades and transaction reporting, has appointed Fabien Romero as senior EMEA sales and business development manager.
Based in London, Romero brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including international experience in regulatory reporting and securities finance.
Previously, he spent eight years at S&P Global (formerly IHS Markit), focusing on transaction reporting business development.
Earlier in his career, Romero held a 10-year tenure at Commerzbank in securities finance trading, and worked across Tokyo and Paris offices in his positions at Deutsche Bank, Crédit Agricole, and Societe Generale.
Commenting on the appointment, Reg-X says: “We’re delighted to have Fabien on board as we continue to expand our presence and revolutionise regulatory reporting.”
