Capteo onboards Louchtchay

Capteo, a Paris-based strategy and transformation consulting firm, has appointed Cyril Louchtchay as director of market expansion and strategic growth.
Bringing over 30 years of experience within financial services to his new role, Louchtchay will report to Richard Teuscher, CEO of Capteo.
In his new position, Louchtchay will be responsible for developing investment banks, dealers, and market infrastructure in the securities field.
In particular, Louchtchay will be focused on securities finance and repo and optimising the securities value chain (trading and post-trade).
He will take on the new title in addition to his current role at The Liquidity and Sustainability Facility (LSF), where he resides as director of operational risk advisory and development.
During his time in the industry, Louchtchay has held a number of senior positions at firms including Deutsche Börse, Euroclear, Natixis, and ConneXXion Markets.
Commenting on the appointment, Teuscher says: “With the appointment of Cyril as director, we are accelerating Capteo's strategic growth, focusing on banks, buy side firms, and market infrastructures within the securities value chain.
“We will concentrate our efforts on high-impact areas such as securities finance, collateral management, and repo — both trading and post-trade — essential levers for creating value and driving transformation in the financial sector.”
