ISDA indicators reveal US$6.5tn in cleared repo ADV for June

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) has published its ISDA-Actrix US Treasury repo market clearing indicators for June 2026.
Total cleared repo average daily volumes (ADV) hit US$6.5 trillion, rising by 1.2 per cent month-on-month (MoM).
The figure was made up of US$4.5 trillion in cleared bilateral repo, with an increase of 0.4 per cent MoM, and US$2 trillion in cleared triparty repo, up 2.8 per cent MoM.
Total sponsored cleared repo activity reached US$2.5 trillion, accounting for 38.6 per cent of total cleared repo activity.
Sponsored cleared bilateral repo volumes saw a rise of 3 per cent MoM, hitting US$1.7 trillion, while sponsored cleared triparty repo volumes were up by 4.5 per cent MoM, reaching US$0.8 trillion.
Direct cleared repo activity totalled US$4.0 trillion, down by 0.3 per cent from May 2026.
