Timothy Keenan bows out at Quadriserv
06 August 2013 New York
Timothy Keenan has left Quadriserv after four years at the company. Prior to this role he had worked at Barclays Capital, and was the global repo product manager at Credit Suisse First Boston.
In May, Quadriserv announced a developed relationship with SunGard in which SunGard would provide hosting services, operational support, and software development for Quadriserv’s AQS platform. The platform is a central counterparty-based securities lending marketplace.
The expanded relationship built upon the prior integration of SunGard’s Loanet securities lending processing technology and Quadriserv’s AQS automated trading system, which supports straight-through processing of price discovery, central counterparty clearing, settlement and open loan contract maintenance.
Quadriserv also announced a rejigged board of directors. Private investor Rohit D’Souza, former CEO of Citadel Securities and former head of Global Equities at Merrill Lynch, joined the board.
Greg DePetris and Brian Traquair, president of SunGard’s capital markets business, also joined the remaining directors Pasquale Cestaro, Rob Stavis, Paul Brody, and Thomas Ascher.
