Wells Fargo hires Baxter

Wells Fargo has appointed Alan Baxter as European head of XVA and collateral optimisation.
Based in London, Baxter has 35 years of experience, having most recently served as a consultant at Liquidity Digital Assets.
Prior to that, he held roles at HSBC, UBS, Dion Durell & Associates, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and Salmon Brothers.
In an online statement, Baxter says: “I'm looking forward to pricing, managing counterparty credit, funding, and capital risk across derivatives portfolios.
