Ricky Maloney has departed from his position as Qatar country executive, SEO and head of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region at Davies, a specialist professional services and technology business serving insurance, financial services, and highly regulated markets.
Operating between Doha and London, Maloney spent more than three years with the firm where he led Davies Consulting and Technology for the region.
In his most recent role, he carried responsibility for management of the Doha office as the registered SEO, development of client relationships, and raising awareness of Davies specialisms within the client community.
He joined Davies as global relationship manager before being appointed to lead the company's operations across Qatar and the wider GCC region.
Maloney brings more than 26 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in both traditional and digital asset markets.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at Eurex Clearing, Solvere FMC, Old Mutual Global Investors, Ignis Asset Management, and BNP Paribas.
