Vaisanen swaps Clearstream for BNY Mellon
Otto Vaisanen has joined BNY Mellon as director of business development.
Based in Sydney, his role will be focused on clearance and collateral.
Vaisanen brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having joined the firm from Clearstream.
Most recently, he was head of sales for Northern Europe at the Luxembourg-based clearing house.
Prior to this, he held multiple vice president roles for sales spanning Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Commenting via Linkedin, Vaisanen says: “I am thrilled to embark on this new journey, grateful for the opportunity and eager to start.”
