Tonic hires Pirie

The Tonic Consultancy has onboarded Paul Pirie as head of financing.
Based in the UK, Pirie brings 28 years of experience to the role, joining from TCI Finance, where he operated as CEO.
During his tenure at the firm, he was chairman of the board for the TCI National Wealth Fund for over two years.
Prior to that, Pirie held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, PwC Luxembourg, CFS Consulting, RBC, and Clearstream.
He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from City St George’s, University of London.
In an online statement, Pirie comments: “Tonic is expertise-led and genuinely respected across capital markets.
“I'll be bringing my securities financing and digital asset expertise together here, helping Tonic's clients navigate an industry that's evolving faster than most realise.”
