Clearstream GSF stutters in November

Clearstream’s global securities financing (GSF) data showed a 14 percent drop off in November compared to the same time last year.
The monthly average outstanding GSF reached €550.3 billion last month, down from €638.6 billion in November 2014.
Clearstream’s GSF services include triparty repo, securities lending and collateral management.
The monthly average outstanding also fell slightly by 1 percent from January to November, compared to last year’s figures.
Year-to-date earnings fell from €608.2 billion in 2014 to €603.7 billion for 2015.
