Broadridge Financial Solutions is currently rolling out a new cloud-based data solution providing banks and broker dealers with real-time visibility into investor communications.
CommCentral offers AI-enabled query capabilities, customisable alerts, monitoring, and process automation.
It will also provide users with access to a suite of application programming interface (API) services, including a communications API, which enables direct and instant access to real-time data.
Swatika Rajaram, senior vice president, head of US proxy and post sale at Broadridge, says: “This new Broadridge technology solution offers firms immediate access to essential communications data through intuitive dashboards, helping streamline tasks and facilitating informed decisions.”
