Shirley Xiao has moved from her role of associate at BMO Capital Markets to Tradeweb as vice president of repo sales in Singapore.
Xiao worked at BMO since 2018, starting as an intern analyst before progressing to an analyst on the global markets rotational programme.
She has a background in finance analysis and risk management, having completed a bachelor’s degree in the subject at the University of Waterloo, Ontario.
