Global Principles for Sustainable Securities Lending CIC (Global PSSL) has appointed Michael Gladczuk as chief technological advisor for ABC score.
The appointment coincides with preparations for the launch of ABC Score Lab, a dedicated innovation environment where ABC Score will be developed, tested, and refined before wider implementation.
In his role, Gladczuk will provide strategic technology advice as ABC Score moves from an emerging governance architecture into a practical FinGovTech platform designed to support governance, transparency, and innovation across financial markets.
Gladczuk is CEO and founder of ACM Global Tech and has experience in financial technology, software architecture, and emerging technologies, with expertise in areas such as agentic AI, blockchain trust layers, and post-quantum security.
Radek Stech, CEO of Global PSSL and founder of ABC Score, says: “ABC Score was never intended to become another set of principles or voluntary guidance.
“Our ambition is to build practical governance infrastructure for the next generation of financial markets.
“Michael’s appointment marks an important milestone as we begin translating that ambition into technology.”
Together with a network of independent advisors, reviewers, and stakeholders, ABC Score Lab will help accelerate the development of solutions to address complex challenges across modern financial markets.
The revised ABC Score Vision, together with further details of ABC Score Lab, will be published in early September 2026.
Gladczuk states: “Our focus will be on building a secure, independent, and future-proof governance infrastructure that delivers verifiable transparency and supports more dynamic, evidence-based stewardship across financial markets.
“I look forward to contributing practical expertise in agentic AI, blockchain trust layers, and post-quantum security as we move into this next phase of development.”
